I was given this for my birthday and I don't believe I have ever fished it. I think I have only lawn cast it. Despite it coming along for some trips. Just never got the nod. This is a TFO Professional 5 weight 8'6" 4 piece rod. I noticed there are 3"x"s on the reel seat where it would be under the reel and unseen when lined up. Not sure how it got there, but are shown in the photos. Nice casting rod, just not likely gonna get fished by me due to my preference for 3 weights and 4 weights. This TFO Lefty Kreh Professional Series 1 rod is unique in that it was the only 9 foot. 6 piece rod made by TFO. I've included the original brochure showing that it was offered in a 5 wt. 6 wt. 8wt. 9 foot rod. It is also is the only rod made by TFO that came with a factory logo rod case. Great travel or backup rod. Comes with a TFO cordura canvas covered rod case that is only 22 3/4" in length. Case also has a carrying strap. Rod's action is medium/fast and if fishing inside of 40 feet it performs better with a 6 weight line. I used this rod as a backup and fished with it very little. I remember one full day using it. But I probably used it a couple of other times. The rod is perfect with the exception the cork is not perfectly clean like a new one. I never filled out the warranty card. I do not think it matters. For $25, TFO ... morewill fix any TFO rod or provide a new one in the event of breakage. While TFO rods are a value priced item. And will never be a SAGE, WINSTON or other high end rod, this one has some uniqueness that might be attractive to someone.

TFO Temple Fork Outfitters 375 Fly Reel and Spare Spool
A fairly lightly used TFO 375 fly reel with a spare spool. I used this reel on a both an 8 weight and a 7 weight. And I would be confident about it on a 9 as well. It has been used and there are tiny spots of corrosion, that I will try and photograph, but they truly are tiny. There is also some wear on the reel seat, but it is minor and totally cosmetic. In looking at it on my desk right now, I am having second thoughts about listing it, because it is really a great reel with nothing wrong with it, but I shall see this sale through. Returns will be accepted because I am sure you will be pleased with it. Both spools have backing that is not in need of replacement, the orange is a traditional 30lbs test, and the lime green is a spectra or some other superbraid, I believe of 50lbs. A great functional reel and spare spool.
