Tibor Billy Pate Bonefish Anti-Reverse Fly Fishing Reel 7-9 Wt
This is a Billy Pate Tibor Bonefish fly fishing reel in anti-reverse with right hand retrieve. I bought it thinking I would use it for steelhead. But at this point don't need it. They are designed for 7, 8, or 9 weight lines with appropriate backing. The anti-reverse is designed to protect those knuckles during fast runs from fish like the Bonefish it is named for. It is in very good used condition with some very minor rim rash that I tried to show in the second to last photo. There is also some light scratching on the back which is shown in the photo of the back(last photo) Comes with factory neoprene case which is in pretty good shape with the camoflague lining. These are extremely high quality reels that will outlast most fisherman, and are made in the USA. Retail new is $530 get it here for a LOT less. Good luck and tight lines!

Tibor made very few of these outstanding reels and this one is serial number 32. This top of the line machined, anodized cork disk drag fly reel will hold 120 yards of 20 pound backing with a 6 weight line. Set for right hand retrieve but can be reversed. Comes with reel case. It came from an estate sale of a couple that traveled a lot. This has been folded in a drawer and I was the lucky one to have found it. The colors are wonderful as is the history. It was designed for the 400 th year of Shakespeare’s birth by Tibor Reich as were other items such as stage curtains and more. His business Tibor Limited was very popular in Stratford upon-Avon from the late 1940s until its closure in 1978. He was born in 1916 in Budapest and used the colors from that area as lot. He was commissioned to design items for dignitaries and others thru the years. His pieces are collectible and are in galleries and museums and of course ... morerising in value. The condition of this panel is very good it is still crisp and the colors are rich. The measurements are 49x23 inches. There is one area on one of the horses that looks to be manufacture made that is a narrow line a tiny tad bit light, I have looked at another panel on the internet and it was interesting that it has the same thing in the same spot. This listing is for a gorgeous hooked wool panel that was created in 1964. I have seen this in the fabric panel. But never as a hooked rug. It was hung on the wall. It's commemorative wall art to denote the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare and his birthplace Stratford Upon Avon. This work is titled"The Age of Kings" and represents the kings featured in Shakespeare's plays. The designer is Tibor Reich. Panel measures 48" long and 27" wide.
