This is a handmade wooden fly rod case. It is 57" long and 1 5/8" inside and easily holds up to a 9' two piece rod with extra tip and soft cover. The case is hexagonal and made of walnut and capped and trimmed with a white wood I believe is holly. I used it to hold a very nice and rare bamboo rod by Orvis and it makes a great decorator piece for a man-room. I purchased this rod case at a T.U. auction over 20 years ago and paid over $100. It would cost much more to make today. You will not be disappointed.

Wheatley Style Cabela’s Fly Box 40 Windows. 32 Compartments Individual Spring Latches This is a wonderful box in a style that Wheatley made famous. This is Cabela’s version. But it still features 32 compartments with 40 windows(the ones in the corners are double sized) All are individually spring latched. It measures about 7”x3½”x1½” This box is hard to find too since I don’t think they make or offer it anymore. All the windows are clear; all the latches work fine. And there are no dents, etc. in the outer casing. I’m not sure if this box was ever loaded or used! It looks like it may have been a tackle queen and was just moved around. There are a few small marks that look like they’re just a little shelf rash on the exterior and a few small marks around a couple of the latches on the interior. I’ve tried to show an example in the ... morepictures. However, as I said, all the latches and doors are working well.
