Two (2) Vintage Shakespeare Fly Fishing Reels - 1894 & 1898
This auction is for 2 used Shakespeare fly fishing reels. Models 1894 and 1898. They have some scratches and the handle on the 1894 is loose. Could use a little cleaning. I don't know much about reels. So I encourage you to look at the pictures and ask any questions that you may have. This was an estate sale find. 3 Automatic Fly Fishing Reels Perrine, Shakespeare, South Bend, Working Order
Three working vintage automatic fly reels. The Perrine No.51 is in very good plus condition. One scratch on the rim. made by Aladdin Labs of Minneapolis, it has a floating dfly line in serviceable condition, no backing. A horizontal mount reel. The South Bend Oren-O-Matic No.1150 is a vertical mount reel in very good condition, some scratches. It is loaded with an old fly line, not useable. The Shakespeare Silent Tru-Art No.1835 is in very good minus condition, scrapes and rim wear to the green anodized finish. This is also loaded with a fly line, probably not useable.
