2 WEBER HENSHALL BAKELITE FLYREELS NO. 102 & NO. 104
Two bakelite fly reels by Weber Lifelike Fly Co. Stevens Point. Wisconsin. One is a Henshall No. 2 with a perforated spool and the other is a Weber Henshall No. 4. Both are 3 1/4 inch diameter and both have a constant click. Each of them retains some old flyline so obviously they are in a used condition. The 104 shows some wear from line as pictured. I've made no effort to clean them up in any way. I'll leave that up to you. Here's a chance to get both models for one money. A 2 fer deal: buy one get one free or buy two get none free. Vintage Weber Henshall No.104 Bakelite Fly Reel Weber Lifelike Fly Co.Stevens Point.Wis.Looks to be an old reel being made of Bakelite.Reel is functional and in good condition.There is one flaw on the side with the lettering near the bottom/reel seat.It looks like the reel was scraped which left an abrasion mark exposing the lighter color core material.Does not affect reel performance.Green handle is in very good condition. Nice old collectible reel you don't see very often.

Up for auction are two bakelite vintage fly fishing reels. The Weber Henshall No. 103. Made by Weber Lifelike Fly Co. Stephens Point, Wis. Reel clicks and seems to be in good condition for it's age. There are minor surface scratches to be expected. I have for sale a Weber Henshall Bakelite Fly Reel No 102. It is in working order the best I can tell. There is a piece broke out of the shield as shown in the photos. It is marked as being made by the Lifelike Fly Co Stevens Point Wisconsin. I am not an expert with fishing equipment and have been asked to sell this for a friend. Any questions please let me know. Vintage Weber Henshall Futurist Fly Reel
Here is a simple old fly reel for your collection- or to use. Good shape and works fine. Although it is of such simple design. I don't see how it could help but'work fine' I've seen others like this referred to as bakalite, but I don't know how to tell the difference from more modern plastic. No other markings on it but the Weber Futurist. I would think it made in the U.S. thanks for taking a look at this one.
