Usually with a 9wt line or shooting heads. Very light soiling on grip, you can still see where original price sticker was! Reel seat, guides, wraps all wonderful. The finish on the rod does have some fading in spots, not visable in pictures. This rod has loads of good fishing left or it would make a great addition to a collection, hard to find em this nice. It looks hardly used as the appearance is great and looks hardly used. If at all. Even the metal reel seat shows nice and looks almost new. This is a two piece rod(equal lengths) that when assembled measures 8 1/2 Feet Long with 6 excellent line guides and wraps and hook keeper, a very nice reel seat and cork handle and a great connecting ferrule. Rod is as described and shown and is ready to catch fish but one in this condition would be great to add to a collection. There are 2 Pieces it is only measuring about 6' 2" so I am not sure if it was shortened or a piece is missing. Everything that is there is in good used condition with wear. Some light rust on metal pieces, marking on the rod, some sticky white gunk also on the rod. There is a chewed spot on the cork. Buy it to use as it is, refurbish, or use it for decorating.
