Here we have a very nice vintage True Temper 63 Uni Spin with original reel and bag. Rod in in very good condition 6.5 feet long. Reel is candy red 63R has some scratches and ware to finish, works nice and smooth bit more resistance then i would expect when reeling but i have never used this kind of rod before, so maybe normal or needs oiling. Bag is in good condition no rips or tears, zipper tab has corrosion, there are white paint specs along one side of bag, inside lining has minor rips and stains. pI live in Canada, if you live in the USA, your item must go through Security at the border, sometimes there is a backlog, Unfortunately I have no control over this event. TWO OLD MADE IN USA TRUE TEMPER UNI-SPIN 63L ROD & REEL COMBOS BOTH WORK GREAT
For your consideration I am listing two very nice vintage TRUE TEMPER UNI-SPIN 63L rod and reel combinations. The rods are fiberglass and they have the original eyelets and eyelet wrappings. The reels are built into the rod handle and they are under the rod. The reels on both rods are in perfect working condition. I took both reels apart and cleaned out all the old grease and installed new reel grease and they turn as smotth as silk and they are ready to go. The black areas on the reels is new high quality oil base paint. All the old paint was cleaned off both reels and they were then given two coats of good oil base paint. There are some minor wear areas on the red finish ares of the reels but it is very minor. These are nice looking. Very nice example of a"like new" TrueTemper Uni-Spin rod& reel combo. Great garage find. 63L reel& 64tf hollowglass 6' rod. This setup looks barely used if at all. It's a little dusty from sitting in the garage but should clean up well& look almost new. I know how collectors are so I'm not touching it. Leaving as found. Paint is very bright candy apple red. Will be well packed in bubble-wrap& shipped in a long tube or cut down box. I don't accept returns so please make sure this item is what you need prior to bidding. That said. I pack everything very well and always ship insured. I will do whatever I can to make this a good ebay experience.
