For sale is this classic 1960s vintage rod and Reel. It is the 4 piece 6 foot 6 inch Trailmaster spincasting fishing rod made by Wright McGill Eagle Claw in the USA. Model number 4TMS. Also included is the rod sack that you see. Rod tube included. Also included is the spinning reel that was purchased with the rod! I know this reel was made in the USA Decal has since worn away and I dont remember the manafucture of the reel. Condition is used but in excellent condition with no damage and the wraps and reel seat are all good. Each piece is the correct length. This auction is for a Wright& McGill Eagle Claw Trailmaster travel rod. It is a casting/bait casting rod. On the rod its says No. M6TMC. It also has the notation H9 or H3 on the rod. The six piece rod comes with a 15" aluminum tube and cloth sock. The rod is 6&1/2' long. It is in very good condition with no damage or defects. You may have to polish and lubricate the ferrule inserts. As they fit very tightly. I don't think this rod was used for a while. In fact. From the looks of the reel seat, I doubt the rod was used much at all. The tube and sock are kind of soiled. Please ask any questions prior to bidding. It appears that it was never used, but I don't know for sure. Aluminum carrying case has some dings and scratches from storage. The lid needs cleaning. The part that the chain hooked into on plastic on side of container is broken. But chain is still in lid. Cloth has some slight soiling probably from handling.

Eagle Claw Wright& McGill Trailmaster 1/2 FT 4 Piece Spinning Rod in un-fished condition. The model number is M4TMS-6-1/2. The Rod has never been fished. The threads for the reel seat work perfectly but there is a slight color change on a couple at the top(see photo) It is minor but I'd rather point it out prior to the bidding.
