It includes a Fenwick case and a sock. The base of the rod has an image of an eagle and Fenwick MADE IN U S A K 65628 and FF807 8' 3 3/4 OZ. AFTMA Fly Line No. 7 On the upper part of the lower section is written TWIST ON. TWIST OFF LUBRICATE WITH PARAFIN and U.S. Pat. 3.186,122 FERALITE Made in U.S.A. The windings are tight. The eyes, hook keeper at the base of the rod, and handle appear to be in excelent condition. The male feralite section is not as shiny as the original rod because of usage but the sections fit together smoothly. I am not an expert but I guess the overall condition of the rod is excellent. Vintage Fenwick FF807 fly rod fiberglass 7 wt
Fiberglass Fenwick fly rod- model FF807. 8 ft 7 wt(AFTMA) About 90-95% on the perfect meter- a couple of rubs to the coating on the rod. Cork is soiled, a few nicks in the cork, some pin-head sized loss of anodizing on the reel seat. Looks like it was fished but not much. No rod sock or tube- I'll be wrapping it and shipping it in a PVC pipe. Rod is straight- no set in the tip portion.

Fenwick rod is 8' in length and feature a clean cork gripe, a hook keeper,2 stripping guides and 7 snake eyes plus tip. Rod is suited to use a 3/3/8 lure wt. with a no. 7 aftma fly line. Reel seat, guides,cork and ferrules are all in good condition. Rod does show a few light scratches, and hinge for tube cap is broken.Rod seriel number is N212438.Good casting and good luck. Rod has clean cork meaning none missing. Has 10 eyelets, all nice as well as wrappings. 3 3/8oz. on rod,I assume this is the weight of the rod? Also AFTMA Fly Line No. 7. Also has numbers; P1102781.
