for sale here is a very nice early model beaudex by JW youngs. Rarer 4" size with 1.25" wider drum, rear tension, patented early ergo grip handle, twin checks, left or right wind, reversible lineguide with no line marks at all, ebonite centre boss has no cracks, 2 screw drum release, unfiled and straight foot, reel is very good undamaged with no buckles and aside from a little paint loss its a lovely reel with good check, nice example, built in january 1964 and factory date stamped inside.please see my other listings of hardy and other vintage fishing items this week.

good vintage millwards flymaster JW youngs beaudex trout fly fishing reel 3"
for sale here is a lovely little vintage early model millwards flymaster which was built by JW youngs circa late 1950s and is basically a beaudex. Rear tension, ebonite 2 screw drum release with no cracks to the centre boss, 3" size, lineguard, patent ergo grip handle, twin checks and set for RHW but can be used for LHW too albeit the rear tension and the lineguard will be obsolete, 2 screw foot good and straight, good strong check, overall the reel is in good condition with no buckles dents or damage, other than a bit of paint wear and a little loss of chrome finish on one corner of the lineguard its a lovely little user reel, please view my other items for sale, item will be posted right away once paid for.

for sale here is a nice little beaudex made by JW youngs for noris shakespeare but marked for both. 3.5" size with 1/2" wide drum, rear tension, twin checks, right wind, centre boss has no cracks, 2 screw drum release, wraparound lineguard, unfiled and straight foot, reel is very good undamaged with no buckles its a lovely little clean and tight reel to use and with good strong check, most paint intact with only very minor spots of wear on rims as can be seen, please see my other listings of hardy and other vintage fishing items this week.

Vintage JW Youngs Beaudex Salmon Fishing Reel 4" Lineguard & Spare Spool + Case
The reel is in very good but used condition. It has a small amount of paint missing, the regulator works fine. Both spool come loaded with salmon fishing line. Has some details on a label attached to the case, the line looks in good condition. Nice reel with a lot of usage left.
