The frame and spool have no scratches. Except for a"4" the previous owner etched onto the interior side of the spool. The reel has some backing and a WF-4-F fly line, which, from the partial sticker and sunrise color, I believe to be a Scientific Anglers Ultra 4 line. It's an older model line, but still looks decent to me. The reel is set up for left hand retrieve, and is reversible to right hand wind. With the reel comes a zippered Orvis pouch in excellent shape. The U.S.A. made reel is a standard arbor design. Machined and fully anodized, and suitable for use with 3 to 5 weight fly lines. It has a 3 inch diameter, 4 oz. weight, and a listed capacity of 60 yds. of 20 lb. backing with a WF4F line. The reel is in pretty good condition. Mechanics are very good. There is an area of modest rash on the edge of the back plate. And some little nicks along the spool rim. It is set for left hand retrieve(can be reversed) and spooled with backing and a Rio MainStream WF4F line. The line is an older product with some soiling, but still might have some life left in it.
