Okuma Integrity 7/8 Fly Reel with Spare Spool. No Reserve.
I am the original owner of this Okuma Integrity 7/8 reel and spare spool. I think it more a true 6/7wt in terms of line size with adequate backing. I think a full floating 8wt fly line would leave one short on backing against the fish you would usually pursue when throwing 8wt lines. I've not used it much. Though it has been mounted on various rods and bounced around in guide boats a few times. The reel is very tight, smooth, with quite a good, wide ranging and easily adjusted drag. There is nothing mechanically wrong with this reel or spare spool, which are unmodified, and in fully functional condition. The pictures, taken with a macro lens and flash, exaggerate the edge wear: otherwise, I don't think I would have been able to show the wear at all. The reel is matte black and quite dark, and the photo technique tends wash out and ... moremake the reel and spare spool look grey. Anyway. A lot reel for the money. I have the original paper work for the reel, including parts diagram, warranty card(expired) and left/right reversing instructions. Also included is the little factory tool that aids in reversing the one way drag bearing. See it in the top center of the paper work picture. No reserve. Scientific Anglers System Two 2 89 8/9 Fly Reel with Spare Spool, England Made
This is a vintage Scientific Anglers System Two model 89 fly reel. With spare spool. The reel is in excellent condition, and appears to have been used very little. Check the pictures for details on condition. The reel is 3 3/4 inches in diameter. Reel and spools were made in England in the early 1980s. At the time, they were a reasonable salmon and light saltwater reel, with a caliper drag system. Both the reel and spare spool are set up with about 170 yards of 30 pound test dacron with spliced loop ends(but no fly lines) The spare spool(see the last 3 pictures) appears to have had its rim, right at the handle, bent in slightly, and repaired leaving some plier marks on the rim. Orvis Large Arbor Battenkill V Fly Reel with Spare Spool and two 8 Weight Lines
This has been a great system. But I got some new toys and time to make some room. Included are a Wulff Ambush 8 Weight fly line that is in GREAT condition. this line alone is $85) It is perfect for single hand spey casting or on a 6 weight switch rod. The other spool has an 8 weight RIO Versi-tip body on it(sorry no sink tips they are being used on one of my spey rods now) The line body is in great shape and you can use sinking leaders or polyleaders with it as a multi-tip line system. Or a floating tip of course, to make it a floating line. The reel is set up left hand retrieve but can be converted of course to right hand retrieve. A good idea might be to use this reel to fish on an 8 weight single hander and a 6 weight switch rod by simply changing spools. Just a thought.

Mechanically very sound and tight.
