Tioga/Teton#4 Fly Reel Spools I have 2 Tioga/Teton Fly Reel SPOOLS ONLY for#4 reels(see pictures for#4 stamped on spools) I love these old Tiogas but fish saltwater and use 8 weight and 11 weights so I don't use reels this small. I acquired them as part of a set of Tioga reels and parts I purchased. They both have backing and line on them. The backing is in good condition and I don't know what line is on them but it appears to be a high quality shooting head system on both. There were several RIO lines in the box of stuff. But I cannot verify what is on the spools. I have 100% Positive Feedback and strive to keep so PLEASE ask any questions before bidding or buying.

You are bidding on a Teton Tioga size 10 large arbor reel and spare spool. These items were purchased new and strung with Cabelas 30# Dacron backing which is included on each spool. There is approximately 120 yds. of backing on each spool. The reel and spare spool have never been used for fishing or practice casting. I had hoped to use these reels for ocean or salmon fishing trips that have never materialized. I do not have the original manufacturer's boxes. The reel and spools are set up for right hand retrieve. Teton Tioga Magnum #10 Fly Reel Limited Production Bronze Finish Mint Cond!
You are bidding on a Teton Tioga Magnum#10. This is a limited production reel. In Teton's spectacular Aged Bronze finish. not the standard gunmetal or black) The Magnum models were available for a short time and are wider than the other LA models. Which were simply too narrow to hold enough line, so the pick-up rate of the non-magnum reels was not very user friendly in the larger models. The Tioga Magnum was one of the finest reels Teton offered. This reel was never fished, it was mounted on some of my custom rods for casting. The reel has never seen water. the only noticeable marks are on the reel foot where it was mounted on a reel seat. This is an absolutely beautiful reel! You don't see many of them, because fisherman don't want to part with them or they are on a shelf, because they will be a collectible reel. These are beautiful. The Tioga brand is noted for superb engineering. The reel frame is exquisitely machine turned from the highest quality aircraft aluminum. Fantastic disc drag system(smooth and powerful) The reel and spool are anodized black and salt water ready. This reel was only used a couple of times and appears mint except for a couple very small marks. Spool is loaded with 300 yards of 30 lbs backing. Teton Tioga 6 w/spare spool - EUC - for 5/6 Weight
This is a excellent used condition Teton Tioga 6 reel and spare spool. I'm the original owner and this was my starter reel- it's a good quality machined reel with a great drag system. The spare spool has seen little use. It's a standard arbor design and works best for 5 or 6 weight lines. Both spools come with Dacron backing suitable to fit 6 weight lines. You can run a floating line on one reel and a hover or sink tip on the other. If your getting into fly fishing this is a great option- it's fully machined and anodized. Salt water resistant, and tough. It's currently set up for left hand retrieve. But it can easily be swapped to right hand. This would also make a good back up reel. Teton Tioga RA #12 Fly / Spey Reel
I used this Tioga Reel on a#8 Spey rod with a Vector Ballistic spey line(55 ft. head) It has been a great reel and they are super durable. My friend has one and it flew off his truck at 65 MPH. And minus a few small scratches it still works like a champ. It is set up to be either right or left hand retrieve by moving the clicker to the opposite side. This particular reel is out of production, but parts are still available through Teton. Unfortunately, I no longer have the box and owners manual but any info. you need is available online. I always loosened off the drag when I was done with it. I don't want to get rid of it but it doesn't work on my new rod. It includes an unknown length of backing.

Teton Tioga #8 Large Arbor Fly Fishing Reel with Extra Spool
For auction is a Teton Tioga#8 LA reel with extra spool. The Tioga# 8 features a 3.45 inch diameter. Weighs 7.1 ounces, holds 125 yards of 20lb backing with an 8wt line, is constructed with machined aluminum. And has a disc drag. This Tioga# 8 is in very good condition. It has a few scratches from general use. Although it appears to have been used very little. Drag and all components are in excellent working order. Reel is set up right hand retrieve but can easily be changed to left hand retrieve. The Tioga# is ideal for most 7 or 8 weight rods. It would also work great on a 9'6 or 10' 6 weight. Tioga Fly Reel by Teton. I personally do not know a lot about reels at all. The number on the side mounting piece is 6. Says Made In USA and Tioga. On the inside of the reel where the string is, is a tag that says: WF5S Rocket/ 444SL. To me the reel is in overall really good condition, may have a small mark here or there but nothing really major at all, does have some dust dirt partials in the crevasse's. This reel is a Made in America reel. Fully machine cut, great smooth and powerful center disk drag. It is is in excellent condition. If you look at the pictures showing the inside of the reel frame and backside of the spools you will see it is super clean, and has very little previous use. The reel has one large arbor spool and 2 standard arbor spools. Weighs 7.1 ounces. The reel comes in a neoprene pouch, and each spool has its own drawstring cloth pouch.
