The listed capacity is 100 yds. of 20 lb. dacron with a WF3F line, and 75 yds. with a WF4F. The reel is in very nice shape. There are finish rubs on the reel foot from being on a rod. The frame and spool have no scratches. Except for a"4" the previous owner etched onto the interior side of the spool. The reel has some backing and a WF-4-F fly line, which, from the partial sticker and sunrise color, I believe to be a Scientific Anglers Ultra 4 line. It's an older model line, but still looks decent to me. The reel is set up for left hand retrieve, and is reversible to right hand wind. With the reel comes a zippered Orvis pouch in excellent shape. Saracione Mark II fly fishing reel 2 3/4" RH
Joe built this reel for me about eight years ago for my 3 weight Leonard bamboo rod. The reel is identical in specs. to his current Mark IV. Which is slightly larger in diameter. The Mark II was the first to introduce Joe's oil cap which doubled as a"tightener" to fine tune the amount of play between the spool and reel cage(i.e. not a drag system) a great feature for butter-smooth performance. The reel is set up for RH(Joe will change to LH for nominal fee) and holds 3-4 weight lines with plenty of backing. As with all my Saraciones, this reel has been babied(used only 3 times) and remains in near mint condition, the only blemish being a slight scratch on the right rim.

Here's a nice. Very lightly used fly fishing reel from the L.L. Bean Company. The Orion II. I don't know much about the reel as far as specs, the few things I did read seemed to mention that this reel may be good for larger fish, bass, striper, and possibly salt water fishing. I am not sure. The reel seems to be in great working shape and looks hardly used. I have never fished with it or had line on it to fully test it. Should be a great reel for the price!

The BBS II is a 2.75 in. diameter, standard arbor reel, weighing in at 3 5/8 oz. It is machined for aircraft grade, bar-stock aluminum, with an offset-gear Rulon disc drag. Orvis puts the recommended line sizes for the reel in the 3 to 5 wt. range. The listed capacity is 100 yds. of 20 lb. dacron with a WF3F line, and 75 yds. with a WF4F. The reel is in very nice shape. Then it says Mark II Duplicated. Has the size 3 1/8 stamped on it. It also is stamped England on the bottom. Cosmetically is shows alot of paint and finish wear. But mechanically it seems sound. The reel turns very nicely and has a nice click to it. Do not know if the handle knob is suppose to turn or spin freely as you crank the handle. If so, then it is frozen up and would need oil. Do not know a whole lot about it and did not want to mess with it. There may be a slight cracking in the knob of the handle. Not sure what the little button does. See pictures. Vintage Orvis Green Mountain II Fly Fishing Reel w/ Fly Line Made in the USA
This is a vintage Orvis Green Mountain II fly reel. It is used and functional. It is Made in the USA and has used fly line on it already. I don't know what fly weight the reel or line is. The reel has some wear throughout from use. And it could use some lubing. It reels fine, but you can't hear it smooth. You can hear the spool turning as you reel. The drag works just fine, the clicker sounds good, and the reel handle knob spins perfectly. I have described this reel to the best of my ability. Please see all photos. Good Luck! Posted with

Really nice reel. Used it twice with an 8'ft 2wt Superfine and was great. Really nicely balanced etc. I think this would be great for long 2 wt's all 3wts and 4wt with limited backing. 5 would be a stretch. Just have too many reals and clearing out the stable a bit.
