The inner portion of the spool measures 2 1/2" and the outer portion measures 2 7/8" in diameter. The brass bearing has a 3/8" opening to it, and the toothed gear looks great. It is spooled with an unknown fly line. Leader, tippet. The outer edge of the spool has some scuffing to it from use. This looks to be in great condition! The zipper on the padded case works great. Beautiful vintage Martin Model MG-7 Fly Fishing Reel with an extra Martin F-14 Spool. Reel is in very good condition and you can tell that it's seen some good action with water marks and a few minor scratches. No dents or gouges and everything works smoothly and flawlessly. Also it comes inside a cool glove soft leather drawstring pouch in excellent condition. Spool is also in very good condition and will come to you in it's original box. The Reel will come fully loaded with what looks to be Cortland 444 Classic Floating Fly Line(WF6F ROCKET-PEACH) but I am not positive. I am merely going by the tag attached to the inside of the leather pouch that the reel is stored in and the peach color that is associated with the 444 line. The Spool will come fully loaded with a light green line that I will assume is Cortland because of the 4 spools ... moreof line in this collection of fly fishing equipment that I am selling. 3 out of 4 were marked Courtland. They are generally in good shape. Just a little use marks from rocks in trout streams. The drag knob is also scratched up. Look at the pictures to see the defects. Great working order and I will include 6 wt used sinking and floating line on the spools if you use the buy it now. The line is scientific angler. Greetings fly fishers! I'm selling my Lamson Velocity(size 2. For size 5/6 fly lines) fly reel and extra spool. Both the reel and spool come with a Lamson neoprene padded cover. The reel and spool are in very good condition with minimal scuffs. One spool has a mist green WF5 Rio fly line(I think it is Rio Gold, but not positive) that is in reasonable condition. The other spool will be shipped empty(despite the line shown in the picture) This reel has a super smooth drag that has micro-fine adjustment even in the light drag range which sets it apart from most reels in its class(most I've tried have only a couple of drag settings in the light drag range. Which seems to be the most useful range for trout fishing on a 5/6 wt line and light tippet) Line is currently setup for left hand retrieve. Along with an extra spool, 2 pile-lined leather cases, and an original owner's manual. This version of the Double L was made in Argentina by STH Reels for LL Bean. The 3 7/16 inch diameter reel is machined from bar stock aluminum and hard anodized a bronze brown color, with gold reel foot and counterbalance. Actual reel weight is 5.4 oz. and Bean recommends it for 6, 7, and 8 weight lines(listed capacity is 110 yds. of 20 lb. backing with a WF7F line) It has a drum type braking system, utilizing a spring-backed teflon shoe pressing against the clutch gear, with an eccentric cam adjustment. The reel and extra spool are in nice condition. And function as they should. There is a little wear to the outer sharp edge ... moreof the frame and a spot in the line guard area. One spool has some little rim marks, while the other doesn't. The reel is set for left hand retrieve, and easily switched to right. The leather zippered pouches are in good condition, with some staining on the fleece interior. Included is an original owner's manual. ORVIS Presentation EXR I FLY Fishing REEL + Extra SPOOL For 1-3 Line WT Rod Here we have a 1980s vintage Orvis Presentation EXR I fly reel with an extra spool. Called at the time by Orvis. The"world's most elegant fly reel" the Presentation series reels were made in Argentina, precision machined from bar stock aluminum, with a hard anodized black finish. The EXR versions like this one have the exposed palming rim with raised outer lip, giving them an appearance similar to their popular, and less pricey, CFO reel. The Orvis EXR I has a 2 7/8 in. diameter spool. And a reel weight of about 3 oz. The listed line capacity is 50 yds. of 20 lb. backing with a WF3F line. It has a spring and pawl drag system, utilizing 2 independent pawls controlled by tension from a coil spring loaded yoke. Either pawl can be engaged, one controlled ... moreby the heavy(marked H) spring, and the other by the light(L) spring. Turning the drag adjustment knob changes the spring tension on the pawls. This reel is set for left hand retrieve, with the light pawl engaged. For right hand retrieve, just flip both pawls over. Spool release and re-engagement is controlled by the button in the back of the frame. The reel is in very good condition. There are rubs on the reel foot. But not much else. It has a WF3F line and a little backing on it. I believe the peach colored line is an older Cortland 444 that you may wish to replace. The empty extra spool has a 3/4 inch sliver of finish worn off on the spool lip. The reel/spool combo comes with an Orvis drawstring bag and a cordoroy bag. The Orvis pouch has stains, and both bags could use a cleaning. This is my personal fly reel. It was lightly fished and is in excellent condition. No dings or scratches. The spool on the reel has a WF-8-F floating fly line in excellent condition, plus backing. The extra spool is wound with Rio WF8F QuickShooter line with a monofilament core, plus backing. The whole package comes in a double neoprene Ross Reels pouch. It does not get any better than this.

This auction is for a beautiful ROSS CIMARRON C-3 FLY FISHING REEL. WITH AN EXTRA SPOOL. The reel and additional spool are in excellent cndition. This is also part of an estate we are liquadating. The condition is excellent, this reel was used very little. Both the spool on the reel and the extra spool have line on them. One is orange in color and I do not know what the weight is of this line, and the other is a light green, and in the last picture shows the sticker on the back of the spool. This is a very quality reel, and very versitable with the extra spool. I will be listing the matching St. Croix rod in another auction shortly.
