Line capacity is listed at 250 yds. of 20 lb. backing with a WF8 line, 225 yds. with a WF9. The cosmetics are excellent. With only a few little nicks along the edges. Reel works well, with a smooth, full range drag. It is spooled with a small amount of backing, set up for left hand retrieve. The drag direction can be switched for right hand retrieve by flipping over the clutch plate that sits atop the large gear on the spindle. Up for auction is a slightly used Orvis Clearwater IV reel. I had it on my 8 wt. But it will fit 7,8,9 weights. I used it for about a month so it is in GOOD Condition. There is no rust and very minor paint chipping just from general light wear. It comes with the original line which is also in very good condition.
