There are some small marks along the spool rim and an area of wear along the side of the frame(see photos) It is spooled with some backing and a new looking WF3F line of unknown brand. The reel is set for left hand retrieve. But can be switched to right hand. It comes with a cordura pouch that is in nice shape.
