You are viewing a Waterworks-Lamson Force 2 fly reel. Suitable for 4- to 6-weight fly lines. The reel is gently-used and in great shape with no visible dings or scratches. The reel comes loaded with a Scientific Anglers GPX WF5F fly line from about 2010. The line's also in great shape with tons of life left. The line is a half-line-weight heavy, so it's great for fast action fly rods(I used it on a Sage XP) This is a super-lightweight fly reel with a ported spool and skeletonized frame. The reel has Lamson's stellar conical disk drag that requires no maintenance, is fully sealed, and can easily be reversed from left-hand to right-hand retrieve(the line and backing would need to be reversed for you southpaws) The reel retailed around $350 and the line around $60. Here's a near vintage Orvis Hardy made Battenkill Mark III cast magnesium alloy fly reel with backing. NEW fly line, original case and instructions. I had Orvis go through it about a year ago. Nothing wrong but they tuned and greased it. Adjustable single pawl click drag which can be changed to right or left retrieve. The reel weighs only 3 oz. and is 3.25" in diameter. Grey in color. The reel is loaded with a brand new Scientific Anglers Mastery Textured Trout WF5F fly line, willow in color. Never fished or cast. I put this reel and line together for a rod thinking I would put it on a older 5 wt. rod, but I have too many rods already.
