Up for bid is one vintage casting reel manufactured by BRONSON. Model Belmont No. 3123500 LEVEL WINDING ANTI-BACK-LASH CASTING REEL. This reel is in good condition. It measures 2-1/4" diameter, 3-15/16" deep including the handle, and has a foot measuring 2-1/2" long by 9/16" wide. On the bottom of the foot it has"PAT. APP. FOR, MADE IN U.S.A. 37" It has a 3.5:1 geared multiplier. The handle has plastic knobs. It has a clicker slide button on the rear plate, and a rotating knob on the front cover that controls the anti-back-lash. The crank side is engraved with"Belmont NO. 3123500" The nickel plated brass is in good overall condition with some brass showing on the top of the front cover. It is possible the plating is chrome, not nickel. It has jeweled bearing caps in good condition. The reel is in good ... moreworking condition. The 1131 was the top of the line non-levelwind casting reel.
