The Plueger reel is in excellent condition and looks like it had little use. The plastic case is excellent with light staining on the interior white and the red felt on the bottom as all but completely come off. The 2 tools have light rust. The extra handle again is unused with the rubber covers still on. The instructions are clean in excellent condition with an 1/8" tear on one of the folds. E-mail with any questions you may have. Vintage 1934 Pflueger Supreme Casting Reel Grimes Leather Case Double Fishing
This vintage casting reel with bag and leather case came from an estate auction in Vermont. The reel is marked Pflueger Supreme made in USA. The rubber pad around the reel is marked Pflueger pat no 1977142. This patent number dates the reel to October. 1934. The reel can either click or not. It has a free spool adjustment, appears to be fully functional. Under the rubber knobs, I believe to be zebra handles. The case is marked Bradleye Grimes Co. 5055. The bag has stitches missing on the top. The case, the bag, and the reel have wear/use marks.

Here we have a Vintage Pflueger Supreme 2542 Fishing Reel. The reel itself is in great vintage condition. However the plastic on the end of the handle has"melted" Reel spins smoothly as it should. It does show light signs of use. And still has line on it from the last time it was used. This reel comes with the original Pflueger Service Instruction Paper. Very good working condition. please see pics. There are 2 rubber tips and 1 round piece. They show signs of aging. Natural wear/tear. The round piece if inscribed Pflueger Pat. No. 1.977.142& Pflueger on each handle tip. Inscribed' Patented Pat's Pend' on base of reel. Original swede-like cloth bag with Brand& Model inscribed. Shows signs of wear. Vintage Pflueger Supreme 1573 Casting Reel with original box for bass fishing
Up for auction is a recent estate find. This is a vintage Pflueger Supreme No. 1573 casting reel( I would call excellent condition. I see one scratch) in the original box( not ripped or torn) with owner's guide and wrench( still has reel tag in the box) Hard to find in this condition with such a nice box. There is hardly a scuff or any rim rash on this reel, it was very lightly used( needs cleaning) = as pictured.The reel functions properly and is a nice clean reel to collect or use. All I did was clean the outside a bit for pictures( you can still see some of the grease on the outside of the reel) but it could use a thorough cleaning and lubrication. I did not remove the old original rubber grip( putty) from the side plate, it has long ago dried up and will come off easily if you prefer. Pflueger Supreme 510 with Case, Tools, Parts Vintage Casting Reel Fishing
This reel appears to be in good shape with some paint/outer wear. All functions seem to work also, all the knobs turn easily. Overall really nice. The case is in good condition, though it does have some spots on it, it's remarkably clean inside considering there is a bottle of oil inside. There is a rubber ring in the case that has been trimmed a little bit, presumably to fit better. The plastic handle for the little screwdriver also has a crack in it. See pics.
