This vintage baitcasting fishing reel was made by Abu Garcia in Sweden and is the Ambassadeur 2500C. It is in excellent working condition and comes with the original box in good condition. Oil tube, tools and manuals. The reel feels and looks like a new reel with minor scratches and boat rash from age and use. The stand or foot is marked 701101. This is a rare silver/gray 2500C in super nice condition. Check out my other fishing gear.

Antique Legendary#80"Kosmic Reel" Bait Casting Fishing Reel*VERY NICE* You are bidding on a very nice antique#80 Kosmic Reel bait casting fishing reel. c. early 1900's. The only marking is"THE KOSMIC REEL" on the side the#80 on the reel seat. Reels in nicely although I can tell it needs to be cleaned and oiled as it is a little tight. Also the handle slightly brushes the release button on the side when it is reeling in. I am not sure if the handle is slightly bent or if there is a minor adjustment that will keep it from hitting the release button. The stem that the bone handle fits on is slightly bent. Love that it was Made In The USA and is Patented. There are nice anti-reverse and star drag features on this reel. These reels were produced in the 1950's and this one is in pretty great condition for being over 60 years old! The spool spins freely. Brake works well, and appears to be in good working condition. It shows some light wear and scratching from use. And very light corrosion. I have included lots of photos that show the condition from every angle.
